This sophisticated Camps Bay villa is fully secure with an alarm system and offers a secure double garage. A short drive will take you to the pristine Blue Flag beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as the iconic Table Mountain and the vibrant city center.

**Please note: The parking garage has a short but steep incline to access the garage, which is not suitable for low profile cars. The houseman lives on-site.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay.
